Donate Online

It is possible to make a donation to the work of The Presbyterian Church in Canada online. This is an easy and secure way to give to the ministries of the church, and is especially convenient for those not currently giving through a local Presbyterian Church.

Payment can be accepted on both VISA and MasterCard credit cards. After a donation has been made, refunds are not possible.

Please select a program to which you would like to donate online:

  • Presbyterians Sharing is the national church fund supporting the overall mission and ministry of The Presbyterian Church in Canada.
  • Presbyterian World Service & Development is the national church fund supporting development, relief and refugee sponsorship of The Presbyterian Church in Canada.
  • Gifts of Change (Something Extra projects) is a collection of funds supporting a selection of specific mission, ministry, relief and development projects that individuals or groups may support. They make great gift-giving opportunities.

Pre-Authorized Remittance (PAR)

Automatic bank withdrawals help congregations to maintain a regular, dependable flow of contributions, and provide church members with a convenient way of providing ongoing, faithful support for their church. Many people prefer this method of paying for any number of things - mortgages, insurance policies, club memberships, etc. It allows them to make regular payments over a period of time.

Other Ways to Give

There are at least two ways Presbyterians support their church financially.

We are all familiar with the weekly offering. If you use church envelopes, you can choose where your money is to be used such as your church's annual budget or building fund. You may also support national church programs such as Presbyterian
World Service & Development or Presbyterians Sharing... through your offering. You probably also make contributions to special appeals — such as disaster relief — throughout the year.
