Youth in Mission: Canada (ages 16-30)

The Peace River Presbytery is inviting a YIM team to lead a three week traveling day camp which will visit various congregations in the presbytery. In addition, this group will also carry out different service and outreach projects to the various communities. This is a wonderful opportunity to serve in the summer of 2010.

Participants will be billeted by members of each congregation, experiencing ministry in rural and urban settings. All of this intertwined with the beautiful backdrop of Northern Alberta/British Columbia.

We are looking for participants who:
• can work together as a team
• have skills in teaching, games, crafts or music
• are willing to take initiative
• have experience working with kids
• have an active faith

Youth in Mission is now offering Mission trip opportunities for whole youth groups. There are many places available particularly in Canada for your group to get involved.
