In preparing a response to Overture No. 34, 2001 (Re Racism & Requesting a Policy on Racial Harassment) Justice Ministries held consultations with racial and ethnic minority individuals and congregations. One suggestion from these consultations was to host a forum for racial and ethnic minority persons to gather and share experiences, ideas, and vision together what it means to be a racial, ethnic, and/or linguistic minority in The Presbyterian Church in Canada. Justice Ministries was pleased to host 49 people from 11 presbyteries at Crieff Hills Community April 4-6, 2008.
