Bring PWS&D to your Church!

We have staff members, lay leaders and ministers available to come to your church as a guest speaker. Listed below are some great options for bringing PWS&D into your church.

• PWS&D Info Sessions:
  Hosting an info session on a weeknight or after worship is a great way to have in-depth discussions about PWS&D’s work, see photos of people benefitting from programs and learn more about how you can get involved.

• Weekday Events:
  Staff are available to speak during the week if you are holding a fundraiser, lunch or other PWS&D event.

• Sunday Worship:
  Request a PWS&D speaker for Sunday worship when your congregation celebrates PWS&D Sunday.

• WMS Events:
  A great opportunity to have a speaker provide updates, stories, and photos from PWS&D projects.

• Request a PWS&D Video:
  This is an easy and effective way to visually demonstrate how PWS&D is working to end poverty around the world. You’ll see photos of people whose lives have been touched by this important work and learn about the great things happening every day thanks to the generosity of Canadian Presbyterians. Videos are currently available on projects in Malawi and a PWS&D Overview, but special requests are also accepted.
