Building Futures of Hope Around the World
For more than 60 years, our church has been actively working to support people around the world affected by poverty, emergencies and injustice through Presbyterian World Service & Development. Over the last year, the generous support of Presbyterians in Canada has helped raise an incredible $1.5 million for relief work in Haiti, install 9 shallow wells in northern Tanzania, provide 8,000 mothers in Malawi with antenatal care, decrease malnutrition among hundreds of poor families in Nicaragua and send over 1,300 girls to school in Afghanistan. Thank you for sharing in these achivements.
Presbyterian World Service & Development is the development and relief agency of The Presbyterian Church in Canada.
