Prayers for China
Loving God, Help us to bear one another’s burden. Help us to respond to the 7.8 magnitude quake that jolted Sichuan, China with love, hope and faith. Pray that God will help and bless China in this difficult time. Pray for the rescue workers and help millions affected people in this quake. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen. — Courtesy of Ken Shuen
"Comforting God, we pray for the people of the Mianzhu County in China, who have been devastated by the earthquake, which has torn apart their land, infrastructure and communities.
We ask for your peace to fill the hearts of the many Chinese parents who are mourning the loss of their only child, crushed in the rubble of poorly constructed schools. Through the aid that is pouring into this country, we hope that Christ is revealed in their midst making known your love and bringing forth your Spirit of renewal to the people of this land. Amen." — Courtesy of Courtney Morris
