In many remote villages, achieving good health and nutrition is a daily struggle. People are unable to access even basic medical services and they suffer from preventable diseases. PWS&D partners are providing access to basic health care, encouraging vaccinations and distributing mosquito nets to reduce the incidence of Malaria.

• $30  allows a community health volunteer to provide health care in a remote village
• $300  supplies a wheelchair for someone with a physical disability
• $300  provides a student with training to become a nutrition promoter in her community
• $4,000  constructs a maternal delivery room and provides pediatric equipment in Afghanistan
