Empowering People with Disabilities

For many people living in developing countries, life is hard enough to survive. Having a physical or mental disability compounds life’s difficulties even more. But PWS&D partners are helping people with disabilities discover that “disability is not inability.” Through programs providing medical attention, vocational training and emotional support for people with physical and developmental disabilities helps participants feel loved and accepted. Participants also gain the opportunity to use their abilities to contribute to society and lead productive and fulfilling lives.
