Book Description
With this book Jones' intention is to introduce youth to spiritual practices that originated in ancient and medieval times, such as walking the labyrinth, the Stations of the Cross, use of icons, meditation and fasting. While Jones draws upon the Eastern Orthodox and Catholic traditions in his exploration, for hime, adopting spiritual practices does not mean adopting theological beliefs. This is a well researched book that addresses an aspect of youth ministry that has perhaps not received due attention.
