Within 30 days of delivery of your shipment (including gifts), you may return any of the following items to The Book Room, for any reason, for a full refund or credit to your account:
- any book in its original condition
- any unopened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, cassette, resource or book
- defective or damaged items
A copy of the receipt, invoice or invoice number is required for all returns.
Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items, dated material (i.e. curriculum), shipped standing orders or items returned more than 30 days past delivery. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at The Book Room.
Shipments are sent by Expedited Post. Express Post shipping, if requested, will be charged to the customer.
