Review

The introduction includes the history both ancient and contemporary of the labyrinth, but then the author focuses on the experience of the walk of the labyrinth, breaking it down to: preparing to walk, on the way in, at the centre, and on the way out and after. Some time is spent exploring finger labyrinths, how to make and how to use. A unique feature of this book is the seven-circuit finger labyrinth embossed on the cover. A good portion of the book includes ceremonies and blessings using readings from many different sources including scripture, writings from Julian of Norwich, from native traditions and Hindu traditions.
