Review
Robert Webber, author of Planning Blended Worship, looks at evangelism in the early church and shows how the process may be translated into the postmodern world. His basic premise is that there are four phases of faith: the seeker, the disciple, the believer and the faithful, which churches should openly recognize and structure their worship and ministry to celebrate those stages. He proposes a model of worship that emphasise the fact that those who come to worship are at very different points in their spiritual lives.
