This timely and interesting book provides an excellent overview of the world’s religions.

Made manageable by dividing into sections: Religions from India , from the Middle East , from East Asia and religions from other Continents. The histories, the main beliefs and teachings, their scriptures, places of worship and major festivals are all described in a clear, concise and appealing manner with lots of colourful illustrations. There is enough information to provide adults with a handy quick reference and still be engaging to children. Great librarian’s choice.
