The focus of Spirit Gifts is to be a community-building experience of discovery and growth that will empower and equip Christians for service and leadership. The well laid out, step by step instructions are adaptable for groups from three to over 100 with various formats, including four-, six-, nine-, and twelve- week sessions as well as weekend retreats or one-day workshops. Or select material and create a tailor-made program. The aim here is to match church members with ministries that fit their gifts and to help people discover God's direction for their lives thereby finding more meaning, joy and purpose in life.
